Coupons and credits
Enter a coupon code at checkout to reduce your booking fee. Credit codes issued after a cancellation work the same way, never expire, and can be used once.
Cancellations and refunds
If your driver cancels before pickup, your booking fee is refunded in full automatically. If you cancel, you receive a refund, a credit or nothing depending on timing. See our Refund Policy.

Drivers keep 100% of their trip fee. FurShipper takes no commission from it.
What Actually Drives Pet Transport Cost
Total pet transport cost on FurShipper is two numbers added together: the flat booking fee from the table above, and whatever your driver bids for the trip itself.
The booking fee never changes once you know the distance; the driver’s bid is where comparison shopping actually helps lower your total pet transport cost.
If a quoted price from another company seems suspiciously low, ask what’s included (verified drivers, PIN handoffs, and protection coverage all cost something to provide, and FurShipper’s pricing is built to include them rather than upsell them later.
Drivers set their own bids because nobody at FurShipper knows your route, your pet, or the road conditions better than someone who transports pets for a living), a fixed driver rate would either overcharge easy trips or undercharge hard ones.
