This community guidelines page explains what you need to know. FurShipper works because customers and drivers treat animals and each other with care and honesty. These guidelines apply to everyone.

Put the animal first

  • Treat every animal humanely, and never leave an animal in an unsafe situation or unattended in a parked vehicle.
  • Customers: share complete, honest information about your pet’s health, behavior and needs.
  • Drivers: follow the customer’s instructions and keep the animal safe, comfortable and cared for.

Be honest

  • Give accurate information in your profile, bids, listings and documents.
  • Bid only on trips you can complete, and keep to the times you commit to.
  • Don’t create fake accounts, fake bids or fake reviews.

Be respectful

No harassment, threats, discrimination or abusive language, in chat, reviews or support. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break this rule.

Keep it on FurShipper

  • Use FurShipper chat until a booking is confirmed. Phone numbers and email addresses are blocked before then.
  • Don’t try to avoid the booking fee by taking a booked trip off the platform.
  • Never ask for, share or accept a delivery PIN outside the moment of handoff.

Reviews policy

  • Only customers who completed a delivery can review the driver.
  • Reviews must describe your real experience. Don’t offer or accept payment, discounts or favors in exchange for a review.
  • Reviews must not include personal contact details, hate speech, or threats.
  • We may remove reviews that break these rules.

Reporting

If you see behavior that breaks these guidelines, open a ticket from Help & Support and choose Safety (or the closest category). Include your order number.

What happens if guidelines are broken

Depending on the situation we may warn, restrict features (for example, bidding), remove content, or suspend or close the account.

Who These Community Guidelines Protect

These community guidelines exist because a marketplace only works if the people using it can trust each other.

Breaking the community guidelines doesn’t always mean an account gets suspended right away. Most first-time issues get a warning; repeated or serious violations lead to real restrictions.

For the rules on refunds and credits specifically, see the Refund Policy (these guidelines cover conduct, not money.

Everyone who signs up agrees to these community guidelines the same way they agree to the Terms of Use), they’re not optional reading for one group and not another.

If you’re ever unsure whether something crosses a line, err on the side of asking support before posting it, not after.

None of this is meant to feel like a courtroom. Most people using FurShipper are here because they care about getting an animal somewhere safely, and the rules mostly just formalize what that already looks like in practice.
