Creating Your FurShipper Account

You can start a booking as a guest, but you'll need an account to track it, message your driver, and view your history. Here's how to set one up.

To register directly

   Go to the FurShipper homepage and click Sign Up.

   Choose I’m a Customer.

   Enter your name, email address, a U.S. phone number, and a password.

   Submit the form. A verification email is sent to your inbox.

   Open the email and click Verify Email Address to activate your account.

If you booked as a guest first

   During checkout you’ll be prompted to create a password for the email address you used to book.

   Once set, all future logins use that email and password — your existing delivery request is already linked to the new account.

Signing in later

   Click Log In from the homepage.

   Enter your email and password, or use Continue with Google if you originally signed up that way.
