Leaving a Review for Your Driver

Once a delivery is marked Completed, you can rate your experience — this helps other customers choose a great driver.

   As soon as your delivery completes, a review card appears automatically inside your conversation with the driver.

   Tap a star rating from 1 to 5.

   Add an optional written comment about your experience.

   Click Submit review — your rating and comment post directly into the conversation, and update the driver’s public profile.
