Adding & Managing Your Pets
A complete pet profile helps your driver prepare properly — especially for medication, feeding, or special handling needs.

Go to My Pets in your dashboard sidebar.

Click Add a Pet, or select an existing pet to edit it.

Fill in breed, age, weight, and size — required before a driver can pick your pet up.

Add any health considerations, medication instructions, feeding requirements, walking needs, or special care instructions.

Save your changes.
Important
If any of these details are missing when you book, you'll see a reminder card directly inside your conversation with the driver — finish them before pickup day so nothing gets missed.
