Understanding Driver Bids — Reviewing, Accepting & Declining Offers

Once your request is published, verified drivers can submit offers. You choose who transports your pet.

Reviewing a bid

   Open My Deliveries and select your active request.

   Each bid shows the driver’s offer amount, proposed pickup date, and estimated delivery date.

   Tap a driver’s name to view their public profile — rating, completed deliveries, vehicle, and past customer reviews.

Accepting an offer

   Click Decline on any bid you don’t want to accept — this does not affect other bids on the same request.
