Understanding Delivery Status, Start to Finish
Your delivery moves through a clear sequence of stages. Here's what each one means.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Receiving Bids | Your request is live; drivers can submit offers. |
| Driver Selected | You've accepted a bid; checkout is next. |
| Booked | Checkout is complete and your PINs are ready. |
| Driver En Route | Your driver is heading to the pickup location. |
| Picked Up | Your pet has been collected — pickup PIN verified. |
| In Transit | Your pet is on the road to the destination. |
| Near Destination | Your driver is approaching drop-off (shown when applicable). |
| Delivered | Your pet has arrived — delivery PIN verified. |
| Completed | The trip is closed out. You can now leave a review. |
Tip
You'll also get a notification each time your delivery moves to a new stage, based on your notification settings.
